The June 24, 2022 Special meeting of the Webster Board of Education Call to Order was called to order by President T. Gurowski at District Office, 119 South Avenue, Webster, NY in the 2nd Floor Professional Development Center. The meeting opened at 8:31a.m. There was a quorum. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. Resolution approving an addendum to the employment agreement of the superintendent M. Rigillo motioned, L. Dioguardi seconded to approve the resolution approving an addendum to the employment agreement for Superintendent Brian Neenan. Vote: 5: Yes; 0: No; 2 Absent (M. Alt, J. Richardson).
ADJOURNMENT M. Rigillo motioned, S. LaDelfa seconded to adjourn the meeting. The Special meeting adjourned at 8:32 a.m. Vote: 5: Yes; 0: No; 2 Absent (M. Alt, J. Richardson).
