The bids were opened on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Webster Buildings and Grounds Warehouse. Bids were accepted for General Construction and Electrical contracts to increase electrical capacity and additional video display monitors at both stadiums. After opening the bids, the pricing was in line with what was budgeted for in this portion of the project, therefore we were able to award the bids. There were no alternates for this round of construction work as well. The following contractors are deemed to be the lowest responsible bidders: General Contractor Contract: Javen Construction Co., Inc. 2575 Baird Road, Penfield, NY 14526 Total Contract: $97,000 Base Bid: $97,000

Billitier Electric Inc. 760 Brooks Avenue, Rochester, NY 14619 Total Contract: $1,143,600 Base Bid: $1,143,600

$1,240,600 Based on the recommendation of the project team, the contractor references, and the contractors’ previously completed projects, it is the recommendation of the construction team to accept the above-mentioned entities as the lowest responsible bidders for general construction and electrical contracts.
