The Webster Central School District participated in a Cooperative Bid for Bus Parts that was coordinated by Monroe 2 Orleans BOCES for the period Sept. 1, 2022 – August 31, 2023. This bid has the following criteria: 1.
The bid is done once a year.

The bid is awarded in aggregate.
3.
Bid recommendations are approved by the Bid Coordinators.
4.
The estimated total ordered from this bid by Webster is $288,013.15
It is recommended to the Webster Board of Education that we accept the bid for Bus Parts supplied by D&W Diesel, Leonard Bus Sales, Deckman Oil, New York Bus, Lewis Tire, Freightliner, Oil Filter Service, Matthews Buses, Castle Finger Lakes, Bus Parts Warehouse, Advance Store Co., Penske Truck Leasing Co., ProRebuilders and Northstar Auto Electric Inc., as the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications.
