Section 1 Contractor Status
Contractor Status Summary Fall 2022 Schroeder High School Interior In the Fall months work has continued to progress at Schroeder High School. Casework has been installed at the Café and IT Center. Carpet and LVT flooring has been completed in all areas in the Library. Fixtures, lighting, and ceiling tile have been installed in remaining bathrooms. Elementary Schools All contractors are working on punch list items and are expected to be complete this winter.
Willink Middle School The Library was completed and turned over for the school's use. A couple items we are waiting on are the digital wallpaper and cushions for the reading nooks. Once the wallpaper is complete a punch list will be issued to complete the work. The mechanical contractor worked on the replacement of the heat pumps in the A wing over the holiday recess.
Transportation Building Through the fall the contractors have been preparing for the installation of the bus Wash. Final work is being completed in the office. Siding, asphalt, and fencing are now complete. All bus lifts have been installed and are working well. Parking lot lighting is complete along with the bus warmer cord reels.
Scoreboard Project For the new board at the Aquatic Center, the structural steel is installed and painted. Electrical conduit, cameras and speakers are also installed. At Schroeder and Thomas, the electrical service and the foundation is ready for the scoreboards to arrive.
