Resolution to Appoint Acting Clerk, Chairperson, Chief Inspector, Assistant Clerks and Inspectors of Election for the Annual Election and Budget Vote to be held Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of Webster Central School District has called an Annual Election and Vote by the qualified voters of said school district to be held on May 16, 2023, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., prevailing time, and WHEREAS, it is now desired to provide for the appointment of Acting Clerk, Chairperson, Chief Inspector, Assistant Clerks and Inspectors of Election for said vote: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Education, Webster Central School: Section 1:
The following named qualified voter of said School District is hereby appointed as Acting Clerk for the Annual Election and Budget Vote: Lisa Borrino, Acting Clerk
Section 2:
The following named qualified voter of said School District is hereby appointed to act as Chairperson for the Annual Election and Budget Vote: Eric Reed, Chairperson
Section 3:
The following named qualified voter of said School District is hereby appointed to act as Chief Inspector for the Annual Election and Budget Vote: Deborah Gippe, Chief Inspector
Section 4:
The following people are hereby appointed to act as Election Inspectors and Assistant Clerks of said Annual Election and Budget Vote: Adams, Brad Blair, Rachel Blitz, Glenna Borrino, Allyn Borrino, Lisa Bulmahn, Belle Bundschuh, Doris Caiazza, Dave Calus, Jennifer Coffaro, Patti Coles, Mickey

It is understood that additional names may be submitted to the Superintendent by the Board Clerk and, should they be needed, the Board will ratify appointment of the individual at its next Board meeting. Section 5:
The Assistant Clerks and Inspectors of this vote appointed for said Annual Election and Vote shall be entitled to compensation at the rate of $14.20 per hour. The Clerk of said School District is hereby authorized and directed to give written notice of appointment to the persons herein respectively appointed.
Section 7:
This resolution shall take effect immediately.
