President J. Richardson called the Tuesday, March 7, 2023 Board of Education workshop meeting to order at 5:17 p.m. at District Office, 119 South Avenue, Webster, New York. There was a quorum. J. Birdsong-Ng motioned, M. Alt seconded to call the meeting to order. Vote: 5: Yes; 0: No: Absent: L. Dioguardi, S. LaDelfa J. Birdsong-Ng motioned, M. Alt seconded, to move into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the employment history of a particular person or corporation. Vote: 5: Yes; 0: No: Absent: L. Dioguardi, S. LaDelfa Board members, Mr. Nespeca, Superintendent Neenan and Assistant Superintendent Freeman met in Superintendent Neenan’s office. The March 7, 2023 Workshop meeting was called to order by President J. Richardson at 6:12 p.m. in the 2nd floor Professional Development Center. C. Barnabas motioned, M. Alt seconded to move out of executive session and return to public workshop session. Vote: 6: Yes; 0: No: Absent: L. Dioguardi J. Richardson and C. Roods reviewed the Board of Education and District Clerk draft policies provided by Erie 1 BOCES and explained the rationale for proposed edits and Webster CSD personalization as discussed in the Policy Committee meeting. Discussion took place on the respective policies and edits. The policies will be read as a first reading at the March 14, 2023 Regular Business meeting. C. Roods motioned, C.
