Webster Technology Mission For the Webster Central School District students to explore career options and have the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully complete a college and/or the technical degree, providing the foundation for them to be employable at the local, regional and global levels. challenge How many colleges offer a Technology Certification Program in New York State? Only 2 - these two colleges provide all of the certified Technology Teachers for about 800 school districts
