RESOLUTION NO. ___ OF 2025 OF THE TOWN BOARD OF WEBSTER TO AWARD THE BID FOR LOCAL LIMITS AND UPGRADE DEVELOPMENT FOR THE TOWN OF WEBSTER SEWER DEPARTMENT At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Webster Town Meeting Hall, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York on the 6th day of March 2025, at 7:30 p.m. there were present: Supervisor Thomas J. Flaherty Councilwoman Patricia T. Cataldi. Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Ginny L. Nguyen Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright The following Resolution was offered by ____________ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, on January 22, 2025 Request for Proposal was advertised in the Webster Herald for engineering services to develop and implement a plan to update the Town of Webster Sewer Department Local Limits included in the Town’s Industrial Pretreatment Program and Sewer Ordinance; and WHEREAS, on February 13, 2025 at 11:05 a.m. prevailing time three (3) sealed bids were publicly opened and read aloud; and WHEREAS, the following bids were received: Barton & Loguidice: $30,000.00 MRB Group: $46,500.00 Ramboll: $30,800.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Board of the Town of Webster awards the bid to Barton & Loguidice, 443 Electronics Parkway, Liverpool, NY 13083 for Engineering Services to develop and implement a plan to update the Town of Webster Sewer Department Local Limits included in the Town’s Industrial Pretreatment Program and Sewer Ordinance and authorizes the Town Supervisor to enter into a contract for said services.
