RESOLUTION NO. ___ OF 2026 OF THE TOWN OF WEBSTER TOWN BOARD AGREEMENT TO WAIVE THE NEW YORK STATE LIQUOR AUTHORITY ONPREMISES ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LICENSE 30-DAY NOTIFICATION PERIOD REQUIREMENT FOR TEMPO ITALIAN KITCHEN & BAR, INC. LOCATED AT 807A RIDGE ROAD, WEBSTER, NEW YORK At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Webster Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New York on the 21st day of May, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., there were present: Supervisor Alexander B. Scialdone Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright Councilman Nicholas E. Hunter Councilman Garrett J. Wagner The following Resolution was offered by ___ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, on May 11, 2026, the Town of Webster received a New York State Liquor Authority (NYSLA) Standardized Notice Form for Providing 30-Day Advance Notice for an On-Premises Alcoholic Beverage License from TEMPO Italian Kitchen & Bar, Inc located at 807-A Ridge Road, Webster, New York; and WHEREAS, the applicant is requesting the Town of Webster waive the 30-day notification period; and WHEREAS, the applicant will not be in violation of any Town of Webster Zoning Ordinances: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Webster Town Board agrees to waive the New York State Liquor Authority On-Premises Alcoholic Beverage License 30-day notification period requirement for TEMPO Italian Kitchen & Bar, Inc. located at 807-A Ridge Road, Webster, New York.
