LEGAL NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special joint meeting of
the Town ’s Planning Board and Village ’s Zoning Board of Appeals
will be held on Tuesday January 23, 2024 at 7PM.
Please note that this meeting will be held at the Village Hall
29 South Avenue Webster, NY 14580 (Entry is
from the west side of the building off the Village Offices parking
lot).

SCHEDULED MATTERS
:
1. TESSY PLASTICS AT XEROX CAMPUS: The Town portion of the
project is located at Caracus Drive, formerly known as 750 Phillips
Road.
Applicant Mike Adrian of Tessy Plastics is requesting SKETCH
PLAN REVIEW for the re-development of an existing building from
manufacturing to a warehouse, including interior and exterior
modifications of existing buildings and exterior improvements to
provide loading docks and tractor -trailer storage for
warehouse/distribution use. The Town portion of the project also
includes restriping existing parking lots and fencing installation on
a 26.6 -acre parcel having SBL# 065.04 -1-1 located in an IN Industrial District under Sections 269 -5 and 350 -22 of the Code of
the Town of Webster.
Joint Board discussion was held, and application will
proceed to preliminary site plan review phase.
