sure solar PV system located at 1822 Lake Road applicant B beachner with acce energy is requesting sketch plan review associated with the installation of a 24576 kilowatt AC ground mounted solar PV system consisting of 64 solar panels and 64 micro inverters on a 5.0 acre parcel located in a large lot single family residential district under Section what you're doing right up here sir right up there to the yeah this is just for a residential solar uh system it's a ground Mount system um it's going to offset the Homeowner's uh electric bill it's pretty pretty straightforward standard just residential solar install and know where the property is you know it's it's way back in yeah it's it's hundreds of feet from the front of the prop property line and yeah way back from the road yeah did he give his name did he give his name and address no oh I'm sorry give us your name and address oh yep I'm Steve mjac uh my address is 7726 Bouton Hill Road in Victor now I there was an email Derek he had a couple issues Josh they make it I mean it's not in a Nee pod it's not yeah I believe his question was pertaining to if there were any um sensitive environmental sensitive protected areas being along the shoreline we've confirmed that it's not uh within any uh protected area yeah also concern about the Eagles or something yes he did uh have a question or concern about its potential impacts to uh bald eagles in the area I can't see that it would have any impact whatsoever I I personally don't either there's no Nest or anything there no there's no this the tallest point of this is about 9 ft off the ground yeah so okay anything anybody any concerns or question I mean at this point it's just a sketch plan too Dave no I don't have a problem with it nobody no there are all okay with it yeah so the reason it came as a sketch plan is because um the proposed location that they're uh proposing to build it is in the front yard of the house so it's going to the zoning board um for a variance for the placement so yeah because the front is considered yeah right yeah which is I know it's kind of crazy you got to drive half a mile back in there to get to the yard there I know does this we don't I mean I think they'll act on their own with that we don't need to send a letter do we to the zba I I don't think so um if you feel comfortable we could put something together too I would agree yeah all right okay okay I guess at this point we're set you have to get a go to them and see what they say and then come back and you're all set I guess all right thank you
