Ok, we have a future Attorney, Frank Ciardi will be sitting in for Kyle this
evening, welcome aboard. We only have the one item on the agenda this evening.

Located at 1822 Lake Road. Applicant Belle Beachner with ACES
Energy is requesting aSKETCH PLAN REVIEW associated with the installation of a 24.576
kW AC ground mounted solar PV system consisting of (64) solar panels and (64) microinverters
on a 5,0-aere parcel having SBL# 037.03-1-33.1 located in an LL Large Lot Single Family
Residential District under Section 269-5 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
Appearing before the board was Mike Mikolqezyk with ACES Energy. This is for a residential
and it is a ground mounted system. It is going to offset the home owners electric bili, ICs pretty
straight forward. It’s a standard residential install. It is hundreds of fect from the front of the
property line and way back from the road.

Now there was an email, Derek had a couple of issues. It’s not an EPOD, it’s
not...
Yes, I belicve his question was pertaining to if there were any sensitive
environmental, sensitive protective areas along the shore line and we have confirmed that it is not
within any protected area.
And he was concerned about the eagles or something.
Yes, he did have a question or concern about it’s potential impacts to Bald Eagles
in the area.
I can’t see that having an impact what so ever.
I personally don’t either. There are no nest or anything there.
No, just the tallest point of this is about 9 feet off the ground.
Anything or anybody, concerns or questions. This is just a sketch plan.
So, the reason it came in as a sketch plan is because the proposed location where
they are proposing to build it is in the front yard of the house so it’s going to the Zoning Board
for a variance for the placement.
Yes, because the front is considered...yeah, I don’t know, it’s kind of crazy,
you have to drive a half mile back in there to get to the yard. | think they will act on their own,
we don’t need to send a letter do we.
| don’t think so. If you feel comfortable, we can put something together.
I would agree, Ok, I guess at this point we are set. You have to go to them
and see what they say and then come back, and you are all set.
