Regular Town Business:
1. Consideration to approve purchase orders, bills, and
prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.
2. Resolution to award the Ferric Chloride Solution Bid
for the Wastewater Treatment Plant to PVS Technologies
in the amount of $1,234.00 per dry ton for the term of 1
year with the Town having the option of renewing or
extending the terms of the Agreement for 2 additional 1 year terms; and to authorize the Town Supervisor to
execute said Agreement.
3. Resolution to award the Sodium Hypochlorite Bid for
the Wastewater Treatment Plant to Bison Laboratories in
the amount of $2.89 per gallon for the term of 1 year with
the Town having the option of renewing or extending the
terms of the Agreement for 2 additional 1 -year terms,
and to authorize the Town Supervisor to execute said

Qualification) for Grant Identification and Application
Consulting Services, in the Wednesday, March 22 nd
Webster Herald Edition.
5. Resolution to approve and allow the Supervisor to
sign the amended IMA between the Town of Webster and
Monroe County for REDI Project MO.78 (Floodwall at
Sandbar Park).
6. Resolution to approve and allow the Supervisor to sign
an IMA with Monroe County to facilitate an Information
Sharing Agreement related to Geographic Information
Systems (GIS).
7. Resolution to advertise in the Webster Herald and make
available an Invitation to Bid (IFB) for the Webster Courthouse
Drywall and Finishing project on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
8. Resolution to declare the following item for transfer from the
Highway Department to the Sewer Department.
