A workshop meeting of the Webster Town Board was called to order by Supervisor Flaherty at
5:30 p.m. at the Webster Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York,
with the following officials present:

Presentations by invited consultants, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) respondents, on their
capabilities to support Town Departments, Capital Projects, and Operations and identifying,
securing, and managing grant funding.
On March 22, 2023, the Town of Webster issued an RFQ for professional services related to
grant and public funding assistance. A committee of selected Town of Webster personnel
evaluated the submitted proposals. Based on metric-based criteria, the Town Board was
presented with the four top firms. Each firm was asked to prepare a presentation on Sandbar
Park Phase II. They were asked to address how their firm would approach securing grant funds
for the project, including phasing, timing, eligible sources, and private/non-governmental
sources. They were also asked to include their estimate of required matching funds.
