Regular Town Business:
1. Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.
2. Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.
3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.
4. Resolution to contract and allow the Supervisor to sign an agreement for Professional
Services for a Project Coordinator (re: Coca Cola/fairlife® development) for the Town of
Webster.
5. Resolution approving submission of a grant application for the Town of Webster Water
Pollution Control Facility Asset Renewal and Water Resources Recovery Facility
Improvements Project to the New York State EFC (Environmental Facilities Corporation)
for a Water Infrastructure Improvement Act (WIIA) Grant, and authorizing the Supervisor
to sign such application on behalf of the Town Board.
6. Resolution amending the State Environmental Quality Review Act process findings for
the Town of Webster Water Pollution Control Facility Asset Renewal and Water Resources
Recovery Facility Improvements Project by updating Parts 1, 2, and 3 of the Full
Environmental Assessment Form (FEAF) previously determined upon at the September 2,
2021, Town Board meeting to reflect the change in the Project's scope.
6. Resolution amending the State Environmental Quality Review Act process findings for

Drainage Easement at 201 Southshore Place, Tax ID # 050.01-2-26".
9. Resolution to approve a license agreement associated with the installation of 80-90
linear feet of round ranch rail fencing within a Town drainage easement at 684 Hembrook
Hollow, Tax ID # 064.03-1-4010.
