4. Resolution to approve a fill/grading/excavation permit for the
fairlife project at the eastern terminus of

5. Resolution to consider an Industrial Use Permit for the fairlife

6. Resolution to set the Public Hearing for the Webster 2024
Budget for October 19, 2023.
7. Resolution to authorize the submission of the 2023 -2024
