9/7/23 WEDA Board meeting -Described how WEDA can set up an LLC and take title of 600 Ridge
Road from town in the December 2023-June 2024 timeframe. WEDA board members were not
averse to the plan.
9/20/23 Webster Herald publishing of 9/28/23 Town Board workshop with 600 Ridge presentation.
9/21/23 Town Board (regular meeting)
9/26/23 Monroe County Real Estate Tax foreclosure auction. 600 Ridge Road did NOT sell.
9/28/23 Town Board (workshop): presentation on status/path forward on 600 Ridge Road.
10/5/23 WEDA Board meeting – AM meeting will update that board on progress
10/5/23 Town Board (regular meeting): Potential resolutions.
a). Day Engineering Phase 1 ESA Proposal;
b). Letter of Intent for Transfer of Property from County;
c). Declare TB Lead Agency on SEQR;
10/6/23 Monroe County Legal Dept to transmit formal proposal to County Legislature for
consideration on 10/10/23
10/10/23 Monroe County Legislature meeting-introduce sale of 600 Ridge to Town
**11/13/23- Deadline to submit grant application to EPA and Town has to be in Title of 600 Ridge to
do so. Town to discuss options with EPA regarding timing of closing.
11/14/23 Monroe County Legislature meeting: first opportunity to finalize sale to Town of 600
Ridge
