Regular Town Business:
1. Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of
Finance.
2. Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the
Director of Finance.
3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by
the Director of Finance.
4. Resolution to approve a fill/grading/excavation permit for the
fairlife project at the eastern terminus of Tebor Road.
5. Resolution to consider an Industrial Use Permit for the fairlife
project at the eastern terminus of Tebor Road.

6. Resolution of the Webster Town Board's intent to declare Lead
Agency status and perform a coordinated SEQRA review on the
acquisition of 600 Ridge Road (former Webster Furniture
Strippers) for the purpose of environmental testing and
redevelopment.
7. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to enter into an
Agency status and perform a coordinated SEQRA review on the
acquisition of 600 Ridge Road (former Webster Furniture
Strippers) for the purpose of environmental testing and
redevelopment.
7. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to enter into an
agreement with Day Engineering for the purpose of conducting a
Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of 600 Ridge Road.
8. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign a Letter of Intent
for the Town of Webster to accept a transfer of real property
located at 600 Ridge Road from Monroe County.
9. Resolution to enter into a contract with J. O ’Connell &
Associates, Inc. and have the Supervisor sign said contract.
10. Resolution to declare the following items for recycling from
the Sewer Department.
