5. Resolution to approve a license agreement for fencing and associated
gates located within both Town Sanitary Sewer and Snowplow Truck Turnaround
easements at the fairlife facility located at 1886 Tebor Road, tax account #
066.03-1 -28.001.
6. Resolution to accept the resignation of Charles Zlotkus from the
Conservation Board effective September 13, 2026, leaving an open position
with a term ending December 31, 2026.
7. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign an agreement with Campus
Construction not to exceed $34,920 for project management support services
associated with Fairlife obtaining their Certificate of Occupancy.
