At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New York on the 19th day of October 2023, at 7:30 p.m., there were present: Supervisor Thomas J. Flaherty Councilman William G. Abbott Councilwoman Patricia T. Cataldi Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Ginny L. Nguyen Resolution No. _____: MOTION by ________________, seconded by ______________, to consent to the placement of traffic control devices by the Webster Superintendent of Highways, pursuant to the authority granted by the Code of the Town of Webster [Chapter 320 – Vehicle and Traffic Ordinance] for the installation of stop signs at certain locations in the Town of Webster be amended by adding the following provision to the Code of the Town of Webster, Section 320-4: Traffic Regulations Northbound Stop Sign Southbound Stop Sign
Location Circle Lane at Birch Lane Shorewood Lane at Birch Lane
1. The Superintendent of Highways is authorized to install a stop sign or stop signs at the abovementioned location. 2. The Town Clerk is directed to publish in the Official Town newspaper a copy of this Resolution and post a copy thereof on the Town Clerk’s Bulletin Board and Town Website.
