RESOLUTION NO. ___ OF 2023 OF THE WEBSTER TOWN BOARD TO ADOPT THE TOWN OF WEBSTER 2024 BUDGET At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Webster Town Meeting Hall, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York on the 19th day of October 2023, at 7:30 p.m. there were present: Supervisor Thomas J. Flaherty Councilwoman Patricia T. Cataldi Councilman William G. Abbott Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Ginny L. Nguyen The following Resolution was offered by __________________ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the Tentative Budget was approved by Resolution No. 303 on September 7, 2023 and became the Preliminary Budget; and WHERES, the real property tax levy did not exceed the Town of Webster’s tax levy limit; and WHEREAS, the Town Board, by Resolution No. 332 on September 21, 2023, called for a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget, and that a Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Webster Herald on the 11th day of October 2023, posted on the Town Clerk’s Bulletin Board at 1000 Ridge Road, Webster, New York and the Town’s Website; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was so held on October 19, 2023 and all interested persons having been heard; and WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the Town of Webster 2024 Budget: TOWN OF WEBSTER SUMMARY OF 2024 BUDGET OPERATING FUNDS LESS ESTIMATED REVENUES
