Regular Town Business:
1. Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of
Finance.
2. Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the
Director of Finance.
3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by
the Director of Finance.
4. Resolution to adopt the Town's revised Investment Policy as
presented by the Director of Finance.

5. Resolution to close Capital Project H0236 Recreation Center
Pickleball and Tennis Court Renovation and to transfer the balance
of unspent funds $986.35 to the Parkland Trust Fund.
6. Resolution for the Supervisor to sign a Professional Services
Agreement with Pay Trac to provide credit card processing
services for the Town of Webster Parks and Recreation
Department.
7. Resolution of the Webster Town Board to declare itself Lead
Agency under SEQRA for the acquisition of 600 Ridge Road for the
purpose of environmental testing and redevelopment.

determination of significance under SEQRA on the acquisition of
600 Ridge Road for the purpose of environmental testing and
redevelopment.
9. Resolution to accept a cooperation agreement with the New
York State Department of Environmental Conservation regarding
600 Ridge Road and authorize the Supervisor to sign said
agreement.
10. Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to accept real
property located at 600 Ridge Road from Monroe County for
$1.00
11. Resolution to solicit requests for proposals for professional
design and permitting services for Phase II of Sandbar Park Environmental Education Area.
12. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign Addendum #2 to
the cooperative agreement between the Town of Webster and
Monroe County Water and Soil Conservation District relating to the
Finn Park Stormwater and Flood Mitigation Facility. This
addendum increases the MCWSCD contribution to the project
funding by $63,000.
13. Resolution to accept a self -guaranty agreement from the Coca
Cola Company in lieu of a traditional letter of credit associated
with the construction of the fairlife project.
