4. Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign a one year
agreement ending December 31, 2024 with Pilato Entertainment,
Marketing & Media LLC for publication of the Town magazine,
Webster Today, for an amount not to exceed $45,000.00, inclusive
of postage.
