All meetings start at 7:00 PM at the Town of Webster Board Room located at 1002 Ridge Rd. The Town of Webster Planning Board, at its own discretion, reserves the right not to hear new applications after 10:30 PM on any regularly scheduled meeting day. The hearings will be rescheduled to the next available meeting.

Dear Webster Town Board Members,
I am writing to provide a description of the existing signage for Bloom & Blend, located at 790 Ridge Road in the Town of Webster. The sign is currently installed above the main entrance of the building and was previously approved under a temporary sign permit. It serves as identification signage for our business and has been in place for about a month without any issues or concerns.
The design consists of a flat panel sign featuring our Bloom & Blend logo and the wording “Smoothie Oasis.” It is constructed using a Imm Dibond (aluminum composite) board with face-mounted vinyl graphics. The sign measures approximately 4 feet in height by 8 feet in width and is securely mounted to the existing building fagade. The sign is non-illuminated and required no structural modifications to the building.
The signage is located in the same position and is the same size to that of the previous tenant (LoTempio Shoe Repair, which was in business for many years), maintaining consistency with the building’s existing appearance and surrounding properties.
This sign has already been visible to the public and functions solely to provide clear identification of our business along Ridge Road. Based on its current installation and prior temporary approval, we are requesting approval for permanent signage. We respectfully ask for your consideration and approval so we may continue operating with appropriate business identification. We are happy to provide any additional information if needed!
