7 – Brew Coffee
Please accept this letter as our response to the Town of Webster Community Planning and Development comments dated 03.27.2026 for the approval of civil construction documents for a 7—Brew drive-thru coffee kiosk. For your convenience, comments have been provided in italics and our response in blue. Construction drawings have been revised and noted as Revision 2, dated 04.09.2026, with the incorporated changes to the corresponding comments below. Community and Planning Comments: Erika Corsi 1. Plans call for a 4” sanitary lateral. Needs to be 6” lateral with cleanouts every 75’ and 90-degree change in direction. Response: Keynotes 6 and 7 have been updated, see C4.1 Utility Plan. 2. Snow storage cannot be on top stormwater discharge locations. Response: The location of the snow storage has been relocated and the approximate location of the stormwater discharge noted, see C2.1 Site Plan and C4.1 Utility Plan. 3. Please provide a SWPPP under separate cover in accordance with the 2025 Construction General Permit (CPG) for Erosion and control component only. SWPPP must include all aspects of CPG Part III.B.1. Response: Site has a limit of disturbance of 0.78 acres. Please confirm if this exceeds the minimum threshold required by a SWPPP.
