Regular Town Business:
1. Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.
2. Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of
Finance.
3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of
Finance.
4. Resolution to authorize an Agreement between the Highway Superintendent
and the Webster Town Board to spend 2024 Highway Funds in the amount of
$1,703,065 for General Repairs and $610,540 for Permanent
Improvements.

5. Resolution to amend the Bay Road Sewer IMA with Monroe County on
maintenance and flow readings.
6. Resolution to schedule a public hearing for February 1, 2024, to consider a
local law to repeal, in its entirety, Chapter 103 of the Code of the Town of
Webster, "AIRCRAFT, AIRPORTS AND HELIPORTS" and to
publish notice of Public Hearing in the January 24, 2024, edition of the Webster
Herald.
