3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.
4. Resolution to approve 2023 budget transfers as presented by the Director of Finance.
5. Resolution to approve 2023 budget amendments as presented by the Director of Finance.
6. Resolution to appoint Thomas Traub to the Parks, Recreation, Open Space, Athletic Review Committee (PROSAR), for a term of three years ending December 31,
2026.
7. Resolution to appoint Jason Mejak to the Parks, Recreation, Open Space, Athletic Review Committee (PROSAR), for a term of three years ending December 31, 2026.
8. Resolution to award the Professional Consulting Services Contract for the Town of Webster Fairlife Project Building Code Compliance Review Project to TYLin and
authorizes the Town Supervisor to approve and sign said contract.
9. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign the Village of Webster's IMA for sidewalks.
10. Resolution to apply to Monroe- Livingston Regional Emergency Medical Service Council, (MLREMS) for expansion of the Town of Webster’ s EMS authority to include
Advance Life Support (ALS).
