Dan Andrews and Jared Miller of Campus Construction appeared before the Town Board to
present an update on the fairlife® Project. In August 2023, the Town of Webster entered into an
Agreement with Campus Construction to provide Project Coordinator services through the
review, approval and permitting stages of the fairlife® Project.
Following the presentation, a general discussion took place.

Mike Ritchie, Costich Engineering Vice President, provided a presentation on a proposed
Conveyance Sewer Improvement Project from Phillips Road to Tebor Road. The firm of Costich
Engineering was initially retained by the Town to analyze the capacity of the existing sanitary
sewer in relation to the fairlife® Project. It was determined that the majority of flows were well
in excess of capacity, some at 500% capacity, when the fairlife® flows were added. Costich was
able to analyze what upgrades would be required in order to convey the proposed additional
flows. A Conveyance Sewer Improvement Project would include the removal of roughly the
entire sewer network and upgrading those sewers in place of where they are currently located.
Following the presentation, a general discussion took place.
***
Art Petrone, Deputy Commissioner of Public Works-Sewer, provided a presentation to the Town
Board on amending the Code of the Town of Webster to address large industrial users to the
Wastewater Treatment Plan and the development of an Industrial Use Agreement for large users.
Following the presentation, a general discussion took place.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at
6:28 p.m.
