Regular Town Business:
1. Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.
2. Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of
Finance.
3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of
Finance.
4. Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to execute a contract for
laboratory services from ALS Group USA, Corp. in the amount of $12,932.00.
5. Resolution to solicit bids for the Town of Webster Sanitary Sewer
Improvement, Phillips Road to Tebor Road and to advertise in the Webster
Herald February 21, 2024, edition.
6. Resolution to schedule a Public Hearing for March 7, 2024, to consider a
local law and to revise the Webster Town Code Chapter 146 Drainage Control to
include commercial properties and to be published in the February 28, 2024,
Webster Herald Edition.
7. Resolution to authorize a contract and the Town Supervisor to sign a
professional services agreement with Campus Construction Management, Inc.
to provide project coordinator services for the Coca Cola/fairlife project for the
Town of Webster.
