Proposal for Construction Management Services Sandbar Park Restaurant Project
It has been exciting to participate in the Town’s Sandbar Park enhancements, including the development of a future restaurant to support the community’s use and enjoyment of the area. With this letter, we have enclosed our proposed project staffing and compensation to manage the planning and construction delivery of the Sandbar Park Restaurant Project. Exhibit A outlines our proposed project staffing and compensation to provide construction management services through the pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases of the project. To ensure continuity throughout the project’s duration, Jared Miller will provide overall leadership and direction to the Project Team as Project Executive. We are proposing Rory Fitzpatrick to provide on-site coverage as your dedicated Project/Field manager throughout the project. As the project nears the construction phase, Shanna Gorsky (Project Engineer) will join the team to provide additional support to Rory during active construction. Jared’s leadership skills, combined with his familiarity with Sandbar Park and the Town’s personnel and operational procedures, will provide the Town of Webster with a reliable advocate and exceptional project management and delivery. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the Town of Webster, and we sincerely appreciate the Town’s continued confidence in Campus. We look forward to continuing our work with the Town and its Project Team to make the Town’s vision of a restaurant for Sandbar Park a reality for the Webster community. Campus Construction Management Group’s proposed compensation to provide construction management services for the Town of Webster’s Sandbar Restaurant Project is based on the following project delivery plan:

A field office and associated equipment/supplies/telecommunications for use by the Construction Manager, the Architect and other project consultants are assumed to continue to be furnished by the Town.
Campus will provide pre-construction, construction, and close-out phase construction management services as described in this proposal and its attachments and in accordance with the AIA Document C132 CMa - 2019 Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager as Adviser. Contract terms are to be negotiated and mutually agreed upon by Campus and the Town of Webster. Based on these assumptions, our proposed lump-sum compensation to provide pre-construction, construction, and close-out phase services is $136,000.
These amounts include all costs associated with our project services, including staff salaries, benefits, insurance, travel, and contribution to corporate overhead and profit. If the Town is in agreement, please sign below and return one (1) copy to Campus Construction Management Group Inc. at your earliest convenience. Upon acceptance, a contract amendment will be submitted for your review and approval.
