4. Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to execute a $1,058,200
amendment to the Energy Performance Contract with Navitas LLC for
improvements to the Town Water Pollution control facilities. (This amendment
is for timing purposes only for aspects of the plant's Construction that needs to
start soon to keep the overall timetable intact. It will bring the overall contract
with Navitas to $61,979,047 of the previous $81.5 million bonding resolution
approved in July 2023. A final amendment to reach $81.5 million or less is
tentatively scheduled for June 2024) Approved
