Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign a contract for Webster Emergency Medical Service, (WEMS) to outsource EMS to Penfield Volunteer Ambulance as of March 29, 2024, in the Northeast Joint Fire District. Approved Proposed contract Resolution to rescind the March 21 resolution to set a public hearing for April 4 and to advertise in the March 27 Webster Herald on Town Code change on one time sewer tie -in fee.
