5. Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to execute a
contract with Barton and Loguidice for an Engineering Alternative
Analysis and CFA Funding Application Assistance for East Branch
Shipbuilders Creek Remediation of Streambank Erosion and
Exposed Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure at a cost of $20,500.00.
