SANDBAR PARK Restaurant & Bar Update
Announcement of New Restauranter • The Town revisited the opportunity to operate a restaurant/bar with the restaurateurs who initially showed interest in the Expression of Interest. • The Town of Webster has been in discussion with the Fantauzzo Family Brands, Inc. since 2023 on the opportunity to operate a restaurant/bar at Sandbar Park.

Important dates November 2023
• Town submits application to build a 2400 square foot restaurant & bar.
February 2024
• Final approval for permit received from all agencies providing approval or waiving their involvement.
March 2024 (1)
• Presentation to Town Board by Campus and Passero for Design Services and Construction Management.
March 2024 (2)
• Town Board approves agreement with Passero and Campus on March 21, 2024, Town Board meeting.
April 2024
• Design meetings with Fantauzzo Family, Passero , Campus and Town begin.
May 2024
• Design process continues with biweekly meetings. Cost estimates gathered for restaurant. 3
Fantauzzo Family Brands Welcome, Kayla Kent-Moreira-President of Operations from Fantauzzo Family Brands. Kayla will be discussing the vision for the restaurant at Sandbar Park.

Next Steps • The Town has begun to work on an agreement with Fantauzzo Family Brands, this agreement and future bonding will utilize cost estimates received from Campus Construction. • The Town will look to bid the project in early Fall 2024. • Restaurant to be open in 2025.
