RESOLUTION NO. __ OF 2026 OF THE WEBSTER TOWN BOARD AUTHORIZING INTER-MUNICIPAL AGREEMENTS AND FUNDING WITH MONROE COUNTY FOR STOP DWI PROGRAMS At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Webster Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New York on the 8th day of January, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. there were present: Supervisor Alexander B. Scialdone Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright Councilman Nicholas E. Hunter Councilman Garrett J. Wagner The following Resolution was offered by ______ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the Town Board has the authority pursuant to the New York State Town Law to authorize the Supervisor to enter the Town of Webster into Inter-Municipal Agreements with the County of Monroe: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. The Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to enter into an Inter-Municipal Agreement with the County of Monroe in the amount of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars ($7,257.00) for the 2026 STOP DWI Program. 2. The term of the 2026 STOP DWI Program Agreement shall be from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. 3. The Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to enter into an Inter-Municipal Agreement with the County of Monroe in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) for the High Visibility Engagement Campaign. 4. The term of the High Visibility Engagement Campaign Agreement shall be from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. 5. The Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to accept any additional funds which may become available from the New York State STOP-DWI Foundation, Inc. for the period of October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. 6.
