Dear Town Clerk:

I am writing on behalf of Himalayan Kitchen Indian & Nepali Flavors LLC regarding its new On-Premises Liquor License application for the country club at 1075 Ridge Rd., Webster, NY 14580. The applicant seeks authorization for the sale and on-premises consumption of liquor, wine, beer, and cider.

Following a confidential situation and recent changes in the management of food and beverage operations, the country club has returned those operations to its own management. A new application is being prepared for the New York State Liquor Authority to reflect the current corporate and operational structure. Enclosed is the 30-Day Advance Notice to a Local Municipality for the Town’s review.

The timing of this transition is sensitive. Prompt consideration of the application would help the country club continue its food and beverage operations under its own management. We respectfully request:

1. A dated acknowledgment confirming the Town of Webster’s receipt of the enclosed notice; and

2. Ifthe Town has no objection, a written letter of no objection supporting prompt consideration of the application. We would also appreciate any waiver of the remaining notice period that the Town is willing and authorized to provide.
