RESOLUTION NO. ___ OF 2026 OF THE TOWN OF WEBSTER TOWN BOARD AGREEMENT TO WAIVE THE NEW YORK STATE LIQUOR AUTHORITY ONPREMISES ALCOHOL BEVERAGE LICENSE 30-DAY NOTIFICATION PERIOD REQUIREMENT FOR HIMALAYAN KITCHEN INDIAN AND NEPALI FLAVORS LLC. LOCATED AT 1075 RIDGE ROAD, SUITE 700, WEBSTER, NEW YORK At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Webster Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New York on the 15th day of October, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., there were present: Supervisor Alexander B. Scialdone Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright Councilman Nicholas E. Hunter Councilman Garrett J. Wagner The following Resolution was offered by ___ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, on Tuesday October 6, 2026, the Town of Webster received a New York State Liquor Authority (NYSLA) Standardized Notice Form for Providing 30-Day Advance Notice for an OnPremises Alcoholic Beverage License from Himalayan Kitchen Indian & Nepali Flavors, Inc located at 1075 Ridge Road, Suite 700, Webster, New York; and WHEREAS, the applicant is requesting the Town of Webster waive the 30-day notification period; and WHEREAS, the applicant will not be in violation of any Town of Webster Zoning Ordinances: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Webster Town Board agrees to waive the New York State Liquor Authority On-Premises Alcoholic Beverage License 30-day notification period requirement for Himalayan Kitchen Indian & Nepali Flavors, Inc. located at 1075 Ridge Road, Suite 700, Webster, New York.
