RESOLUTION NO. ___ OF 2026 OF THE WEBSTER TOWN BOARD ADOPTION OF THE TOWN OF WEBSTER 2027 BUDGET At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Webster Town Meeting Hall, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York on the 15th day of October 2026, at 7:30 p.m. there were present: Supervisor Alexander B. Scialdone Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright Councilman Nicholas E. Hunter Councilman Garrett J. Wagner The following Resolution was offered by ___ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the Tentative Budget was approved by Resolution No. 306 on September 17, 2026 and became the Preliminary Budget; and WHERES, the real property tax levy did not exceed the Town of Webster’s tax levy limit; and WHEREAS, the Town Board, by Resolution No. 307 on September 17, 2026, called for a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget, and that a Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Webster Herald on the 7th day of October 2026, posted on the Town Clerk’s Bulletin Board at 1000 Ridge Road, Webster, New York and the Town’s Website; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was so held on October 15, 2026 and all interested persons having been heard; and WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the Town of Webster 2027 Budget: TOWN OF WEBSTER SUMMARY OF 2027 TENTATIVE BUDGET
