January 16, 2025

A regular meeting of the Webster Town Board was called to order by Supervisor Flaherty at

7:30 p.m. at the Webster Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York,

with the following officials present:

engineers to develop and implement a plan to update the Town of Webster Sewer Department

Local Limits included in the Town’s Industrial Pretreatment Program and Sewer Use Ordinance.

Advertisement to be in the Webster Herald on January 22, 2025, with proposals to be opened on

February 13, 2025.

Resolution No. 63: MOTION by Councilwoman Wright, seconded by Councilwoman Cataldi,

to authorize an agreement between the Highway Superintendent and the Webster Town Board to

spend 2025 Highway Funds in the amount of $1,945,671.00 for General Repairs and $419,535

for Permanent Improvements.

WHEREAS, Highway Law Section 284 requires the Town Board of Webster and the Town of

Webster Highway Superintendent to determine by agreement how certain moneys for highway

repairs and improvements are to be used; and

WHEREAS, the Town Board of Webster and the Town of Webster Highway Superintendent

have reviewed a proposed agreement entitled “Agreement to Spend Highway Funds” that sets

forth the expenditure of monies for the repair and improvement of highways; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

That the Town Board of Webster is authorized to execute the Agreement to Spend Highway

Funds pursuant to Highway Law Section 284 and shall be expended as follows:

1. GENERAL REPAIRS. The sum of $1,945,671.00 shall be set aside to be expended for

primary work and general repairs upon 138.44 centerline miles of Town highways, including

sluices, culverts and bridges having a span of less than five feet and boardwalks or the

renewals thereof.

2. PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS. The following sums shall be set aside to be expended for

the permanent improvement of Town Highways.

(a) Hrezent View Drive: (1,795 LF)

(b) Shanlee Drive: (315 LF)

(c) Pellet Road: (2,600 LF)

enter into Executive Session pursuant to New York State Public Officer’s Law §105(1)(f) to

discuss a personnel matter.

WHEREAS, New York State Public Officers Law provides that the Town Board may enter into

Executive Session to discuss certain subjects or matters:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

That the Town Board enter into an Executive Session pursuant to New York State Public

Officer’s Law §105(1)(f) to discuss the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a

particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion,

demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation.

That the following persons were authorized to attend: Kyle Taylor, Attorney to the Town,

Dennis Kohlmeier, Police Chief, Mark Reed, Police Captain, and Paul Adams, Director of

Finance.
