RESOLUTION NO. ___ OF 2025 OF THE TOWN OF WEBSTER TOWN BOARD TO DESIGNATE TOWN MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEM (MS4) STORMWATER OFFICIAL At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Webster Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New York on the 6th day of February 7, 2025 at 7:30 p.m., there were present: Supervisor Thomas J. Flaherty Councilwoman Patricia T. Cataldi Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Ginny L. Nguyen Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright The following Resolution was offered by ____________ Flaherty and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the Town of Webster is in a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Program which requires the Town to develop a stormwater management program that will reduce the amount of pollutants carried by stormwater during storm events to waterbodies to the maximum extent practicable; and WHEREAS, the goal of the MS4 Program is to improve waterway quality and recreational uses of waterways; and WHEREAS, the entire Town of Webster is bound by the requirements of the Program; and WHEREAS, the Town Engineer is designated as the MS4 Stormwater Official: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Webster Town Board hereby designates the Town Engineer as the Town Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Stormwater Official.
