4/3/2025 Webster Town Board meeting. Update on Conveyance Sewer Improvement Project from Phillips Road to Tebor Road
PROJECT OVERVIEW •
Project limits include Schlegel Road, Salt Road, Boulter Ind. Parkway and Tebor Road.

Removal and replacement of approximately 12,500 LF of existing sewer with associated manholes and laterals.
•
As of 3/31/2025 approximately 95% of the proposed sanitary sewer has been installed.
•
Over the course of the project, change orders have been issued. These change order included quantity adjustments, changes to coordinate with the Fairlife design, schedule adjustments and removal of asbestos pipe.
PROJECT OVERVIEW • During the crossing of Phillips Road, asbestos pipe was discovered. The pipe was tested and determined to exceed the thresholds for normal handling and disposal. • A change order was issued to offset the proposed sewer to avoid the asbestos pipe where possible and pay for specialized asbestos testers and handlers to remove the dispose of the pipe. • The asbestos removal should be completed by the end of the week.
PROJECT SCHEDULE
• May 2, 2025 – Substantial Completion - This is when the sewer can be used for intended purpose. • June 30, 2025 – Date of Final Completion - This is when all work areas have been restored (lawns, driveways, etc.)
