RESOLUTION NO. OF 2025 OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF WEBSTER TO RESCIND RESOLUTION # 128 of 2025 At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York on the 17th day of April 2025 at 7:30 p.m., there were present: Councilwoman Patricia T. Cataldi Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Ginny L. Nguyen Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright Absent: Supervisor Thomas J. Flaherty The following Resolution was offered by
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, the final language of the proposed changes to Sections 243, 320-22, 324, and 350 of the Webster Town Code has not been finalized and is still in development, and a result, it would be premature to schedule a Public Hearing; WHEREAS, on April 3, 2025, by Resolution #128 of 2025, the Town Board of the Town of Webster passed a resolution to schedule a Public Hearing for May 1, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. to consider a local law change to Sections 243, 320-22, 324, and 350 of the Webster Town Code, and to publish notice Webster Herald at least five (5) days prior to such Public Hearing; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Town Board of the Town of Webster rescind Resolution # 128 of 2025. Seconded by seconded by
