OF 2025 OF THE WEBSTER TOWN BOARD APRPOVINDG AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF LANDS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF RIDGE ROAD EAST OF SHOECRAFT, KNOWN BY TAX ACCOUNT NUMBER(S) 079.150- 0001-034, 079.150-0001016.001, 079.150-0001-016.002 AND 079.150-0001-016.003, WITH THE STREET ADDRESSES OF 985, 987, 991 AND 1013 RIDGE ROAD, TOWN OF WEBSTER, AS A PROGRESSIVE DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT (PDD), WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY ENACTED PER RESOLUTION NO. 199 OF 2019 At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, duly held at the Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York 14580 on May 15, 2025 at 7:30 p.m., there were present Supervisor Thomas J. Flaherty Councilwoman Patricia T. Cataldi Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Ginny L. Nguyen Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright The following Resolution was offered by ___________ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, Fox Family Business Management, LLC (Charlie Fox, President) is the owner of property with addresses known as 985, 987, 991 and 1013 Ridge Road and identified by Tax Account Numbers 079.150-0001-034, 079.150-0001-016.001, 079.1500001-016.002 and 079.150-0001-016.003, collectively known as Ridge Commons; and WHEREAS, on April 3, 2025 the Webster Town Board passed Resolution #129 setting a public hearing for May 1, 2025 to consider amendments to an existing PDD set up in 2019 on Ridge Commons and to publish notice of said hearing in the April 16, 2025 edition of the Webster Herald; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on May 1, 2025 to consider an amendment to the PPD on Ridge Commons pursuant to Webster Town Code 305-23(G)(4)(b) and 30523(G)(7): Now, Therefore, be it Resolved: 1. That the proposed action is a Type II action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and no further action is required. 2. That the Webster Town Board approve the proposed amendments to the PDDOverlay District and the development plan. Seconded by Councilman/woman follows:
