ADDENDUM #3 TO COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
The Undersigned Parties to a COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT dated the 4th day of May, 2017, by and between MONROE COUNTY SOIL & WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT (MCSWCD), and TOWN OF WEBSTER for Construction of a Regional Stormwater Facility and Stream Restoration Project within the Shipbuilders Creek Watershed, whereas the parties previously amended the Agreement (Addendum #1), dated March 30, 2020, whereas the parties previously amended the Agreement (Addendum #2) dated November 15, 2023, herby mutually agree to amend (Addendum #3) said Agreement as follows:

Section II.A. Construction of the Regional Stormwater Facility and the Stream Restoration: Construction completion dates are amended to September 30, 2025.

Section II.D. Town of Webster to provide documentation of all expenses related to the Regional Stormwater Facility and the Stream Restoration: Documentation of expenses deadline dates are amended to October 15, 2025.

Section III.B. The dollar amount indicated in the Agreement will be increased by $85,600, to a sum not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($478,981.00).

Section III.B. Receipt by MCSWCD of documentation of all expenses related to the Regional Stormwater Facility and the Stream Restoration: Documentation of expenses receipt deadline dates are amended to October 15, 2025.

Section IV.B. The term of agreement will be amended to May 4, 2017 to October 31, 2025.
All other Terms and Conditions of the COOPERTIVE AGREEMENT remain the same.
