RESOLUTION OF THE WEBSTER TOWN BOARD TO REVIEW AND REFER TO THE PLANNING BOARD FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR THE PROPOSED CREEKSIDE CELL TOWER AT 1209 CREEKSIDE TRAIL

At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New York on the 3rd day of July 2025, at 7:30 p.m., there were present:

Supervisor Thomas J. Flaherty Councilwoman Patricia T. Cataldi Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Ginny L. Nguyen Councilwoman Jennifer S, Wright

WHEREAS, the Webster Town Board has reviews the proposed Creekside Cell Tower as submitted by Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless; and

WHEREAS, Verizon Wireless proposes to construct and operate a wireless telecommunications facility on Town property; and

WHEREAS, the Town has considered the important public community benefits associated with the Project, and the option and reasons for permitting this Project to be referred to the Town Planning Board.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

1. The Town Board finds and determines that the proposed development is designed to meet the following objectives:

(a) The plan is conceptually sound in that it meets a community need.

(b) The plan encourages sound development in the interest of safety and general welfare of the public.

(c) The plan shows a development pattern in harmony with the Town Comprehensive Plan.

2. The Town Board consents to any request of the Planning Board that the Planning Board be designated as the lead agency for coordinated review procedures for the proposed development under the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.
