This correspondence is in regard to the above referenced application that is before the Town Board for an Industrial Use Permit and Special Permit to construct a post-frame style building on a 1.42-acre former farmstead property to house office space, fleet parking, vehicle maintenance facilities, leasable garage spaces and a dog day care facility.
The project appeared before the Planning Board most recently at its September 2, 2025, meeting and received ali Preliminary and Final Site Plan approvals.
The Planning Board therefore recommends that the Town Board grant the Industrial Use Permit and the Special Permit associated with the Dog Day Care facility.
