RESOLUTION NO. ___ OF 2025 OF THE WEBSTER TOWN BOARD ADOPTION OF THE TOWN OF WEBSTER 2026 BUDGET At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Webster Town Meeting Hall, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York on the 16th day of October 2025, at 7:30 p.m. there were present: Supervisor Thomas J. Flaherty Councilwoman Patricia T. Cataldi Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Ginny L. Nguyen Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright The following Resolution was offered by ___ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the Tentative Budget was approved by Resolution No. 257 on September 4, 2025 and became the Preliminary Budget; and WHERES, the real property tax levy did not exceed the Town of Webster’s tax levy limit; and WHEREAS, the Town Board, by Resolution No. 268 on September 18, 2025, called for a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Budget, and that a Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Webster Herald on the 8th day of October 2025, posted on the Town Clerk’s Bulletin Board at 1000 Ridge Road, Webster, New York and the Town’s Website; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was so held on October 16, 2025 and all interested persons having been heard; and WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the Town of Webster 2026 Budget: TOWN OF WEBSTER SUMMARY OF 2026 ADOPTED BUDGET OPERATING FUNDS
