At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New York on the 20th day of November 2025, at 7:30 p.m., there were present: Supervisor Thomas J. Flaherty Councilwoman Patricia T. Cataldi Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Ginny L. Nguyen Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright Resolution No. ___: MOTION by ___, seconded by ___, to adopt a Resolution effective January 1, 2026, to take the following actions: 1. Adopt the $16.00 per hour 2026 New York State minimum wage rate for part-time hourly employees making $15.50 per hour. 2. Approve a 3.2% pay compression/recruitment/retention adjustment for part-time hourly employees making more than $15.50 per hour but less than $19.00 per hour. 3. Approve a 2% increase for part-time hourly employees making $19.00 or more per hour. 4. Approve a 2% increase for non-union salaried employees and officials.
