RESOLUTION NO. 9 OF 2025 TO APPROVE THE WEDA/VILLAGE OF WEBSTER/TOWN OF WEBSTER 3-PAGE AGREEMENT ON THE $9.8 MILLION FASTNY GRANT At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New York on the 18th day of December 2025, at 7:30 p.m., there were present: Supervisor Thomas J. Flaherty Councilwoman Patricia T. Cataldi Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Ginny L. Nguyen Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright The following Resolution was offered by Supervisor Flaherty and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the State of New York through the Empire State Development Corporation was awarded the Webster Economic Development Alliance a $9,828,800.00 grant under Track C of its Focused Attraction of Shovel Ready Tracks (FastNY) grant program; WHEREAS, to implement the grant it is necessary that WEDA, Town of Webster and Village of Webster enter into a development agreement to allow WEDA to administer the grant on behalf of the Town of Webster and the Village of Webster; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Board hereby approves the agreement between WEDA, Town of Webster and Village of Webster and authorizes the Supervisor to sign the same.
