The bid has the following criteria: 1. The bid is done twice a year – for fall purchases and spring purchases. 2. The bid is awarded on a line item basis. 3. Bid recommendations are approved by the Bid Coordinator and the committee. 4. The estimated total ordered from this bid by Webster is $86,308.80 RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: It is recommended to the Webster Board of Education that we accept the bids for duplicating paper from WB Mason, Lindenmyer-Munroe and Economy Paper Company, as the lowest responsible bidders meeting specifications of Monroe #2 BOCES.
